Unprepared – Small Batch:5 Lbs. Mix[1] 1 Lb 3.5 Ozs Water[2] 1 Lb 1.5 Ozs Water[3] 13 Ozs Water9.5 Ozs Oillarge Batch:50 Lbs Mix[1] 12 Lbs 4 Ozs Water[2] 11 Lbs Water[3] 8Lbs Water6 Lbs Oilhandling:1. Combine 1St Water With Base; Mix For 1 Minute On Low Speed Then Mix 3 Minutes On Medium Speed.2. Incorporate 2Nd Water While Mixing On Low Speed; Scrape Down Bowl And Paddle Then Mix 2 More Minutes On Medium Speed.3. Incorporate Remaining Water And Oil While Mixing On Low Speed; Scrape Down Bowl And Paddle Then Mix 1 More Minute On Low Speed4. Scoop Or Deposit Batter Into Prepared Pans.Baking:Rack Oven: Bake At 375 Degrees F Until Done.Convection Oven: Bake At 325 – 350 Degrees F With Low Fan Until Done.**Note: Bake Times Will Vary According To The Deposit Size, Garnishes, And Individual Shop Conditions.
