1. Orders & Availability

Order Processing & Availability

In-stock items are normally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Items that ship directly from the manufacturer will show their estimated processing time on the product page. If we cannot fulfill your order due to insufficient inventory, we will notify you by email within 24 business hours. If your order is time-sensitive, please reply to that notification so we can explore solutions with you.

Modifying or Canceling Orders

Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Contact us immediately if you need to adjust or cancel anything. Linked Distribution reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

Security Review

Every order undergoes automated and manual security verification before processing. This step protects both you and us, but it may cause a short delay on a small number of orders. If we need more information to confirm the order’s validity, we will contact you by email.

Order Communications

We communicate primarily by email. All confirmations, updates, and shipping notifications will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please use a valid, actively monitored email address when ordering.

2. Pricing

Price Accuracy

All prices shown on our website are updated in real time and are subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of a pricing error caused by a technical issue, we will resolve it at our sole discretion. We may either contact you to agree on a corrected price or cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Product & Return Policies

Incorrect or Defective Product

If you receive the wrong item, keep it unused and in its original packaging and contact our Customer Service team right away. We will arrange to ship the correct product or issue a refund. We may ask for a photo of the item received and will cover the cost of return shipping.

Returns

Most regularly stocked items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. Contact Customer Service to start the return process.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Food, beverages, and water
  • Products containing hazardous chemicals
  • Any special-order items or pallet purchases

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee is deducted from all eligible returns to cover handling and restocking costs.

Consumable Products

For food safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of any consumable products.

Special-Order Items

Items not normally kept in our inventory (special orders) cannot be canceled after placement and are not eligible for return.

4. Legal Terms

Dispute Resolution

By accessing or using Linked Distribution, you agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to your use of our website, or to any products or services we sell, will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration (except you may bring qualifying claims in small claims court). This agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and applicable federal arbitration law.

Arbitration means there is no judge or jury, and review of an arbitration award is extremely limited. The arbitrator may award the same damages and relief that a court could award, and must follow these Terms and Conditions.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer-Related Disputes Supplementary Procedures. You may participate by phone, written submissions, or in person in your home county or another mutually agreed location. All proceedings will be on an individual basis only — no class actions, consolidated actions, or representative actions are permitted. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial if a dispute proceeds in court for any reason. Either party may still seek court relief to protect intellectual property rights.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes between you and Linked Distribution, are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Manufacturer Warranties & Liability

We pass through all manufacturer warranties to you. Except for those warranties expressly provided by the manufacturer, all products are sold “as is” with no additional warranties. Linked Distribution is not liable for any special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability on any claim will never exceed the purchase price of the product(s) involved. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Payment

Accepted Payment Methods

All online orders must be placed through our secure checkout. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and most registered prepaid credit cards. Only one credit card may be used per order.

We also accept checks, money orders, ACH, and wire transfers. Orders paid by these methods are placed on hold until funds are fully received and cleared. Personal checks are held for 5 business days; certified checks clear immediately.

PayPal

PayPal is accepted, but a major credit card must still be attached to the PayPal account. We do not accept PayPal gift cards, store cards, or account credits.

Card Authorization & Charging

When you place an order, we place an authorization hold on your card. The card is charged in full once the first item ships. Authorization holds typically drop off your statement within 1–2 business days after the actual charge.

Currency & Sales Tax

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Sales tax is collected on shipments to Florida. Tax-exempt customers shipping to Florida should contact Customer Service with their exemption certificate.

6. Product Information & Policies

Best-By Dates

Shelf-stable food and beverage items are shipped with 1–3 months of shelf life remaining in most cases. Exact remaining shelf life varies by product.

Product Images & Color Accuracy

We work hard to show accurate product images and colors. However, actual colors may vary based on your screen settings. Textiles and fabrics are subject to normal dye-lot variations. If you need an exact color match to an existing item, please contact us before ordering.

Some images are representative and may show optional accessories or similar products. Always rely on the written description, specifications, and any available SDS sheets.

Price Matching

We are committed to competitive pricing. If you find a lower delivered price from another reputable seller, submit the details through our Customer Assistance form and we will do our best to match or beat it.

Proposition 65 (California Resellers)

If you resell any products into California, you are responsible for providing any required Proposition 65 warnings to your customers. Required warnings appear on the applicable product pages. Additional information is available at www.p65warnings.ca.gov.

Coupon & Promotional Codes

Promotions and coupon codes have expiration dates and are valid only at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers and do not apply to already-discounted items. Only prices and offers shown on our website at the time of checkout are honored.

Samples

We do not provide product samples. When smaller pack sizes are available, we recommend purchasing those first to evaluate suitability before placing a larger order.

7. Shipping Policy

Delivery Times

We aim to have orders processed and ready to ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery windows vary by carrier and destination (typically 1–10 business days). All delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. We observe the following holidays: Christmas, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to most locations within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or Viabox locations at this time.

Address Changes

Once an order is processed, changing the shipping address may incur carrier reconsignment or redelivery fees. We will notify you of any fees and require your approval before proceeding.

Limited-Access Delivery Locations

Additional carrier fees may apply for deliveries to universities, prisons, military bases, country clubs, or other limited-access sites.

Residential vs. Commercial Addresses

Carriers treat home-based businesses as residential addresses unless a commercial account is established. Please select “residential” at checkout if shipping to a home.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments

  • Common Carrier / Freight: Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Keep the receipt, all packaging, and damaged items. Contact us within 1 business day and provide photos. Failure to note damage at delivery may prevent a claim.
  • Ground Shipping: Inspect your order immediately. Report any issues within 5 business days (or within 1 business day for refrigerated/frozen items) with photos.

For refrigerated and frozen products, you must check internal temperatures upon arrival per USDA guidelines and store them properly to maintain food safety.

Refrigerated & Frozen Shipments

Perishable items ship only on selected days (typically Monday–Wednesday) to ensure the shortest possible transit time.

Special-Order & Split Shipments

Special-order items ship directly from the manufacturer or on our next stock arrival and cannot be canceled. We make every effort to combine shipments, but when multiple shipments are necessary, full shipping charges are collected on the first shipment.

Packaging

We use protective packaging, including recycled boxes when possible. We are not responsible for cosmetic damage to outer boxes if the products inside are undamaged.
