The Cactus Mat VIP BlackCloud is a commercial-grade entrance mat designed to trap dirt and moisture before it spreads into your building. Its 3 by 5 foot size fits well in standard doorways and moderate-traffic entry points, providing a reliable first line of defense against tracked-in debris. The black color hides soil between cleanings, maintaining a professional appearance throughout the day. Cactus Mat built the VIP BlackCloud line for facilities that need durable, low-maintenance floor protection in high-use areas. This mat is sold individually, making it easy to order the exact quantity your space requires.
Uses
Entrance matting: Place at building entrances to capture dirt, mud, and moisture from foot traffic before it reaches interior floors.
Lobby and reception areas: Position inside front doors to keep hard floors and carpet clean during wet or snowy weather.
Commercial hallways: Set at transition points between outdoor and indoor zones in offices, retail stores, and healthcare facilities.
Who Would Benefit
- Facility managers maintaining clean entrances in office buildings, clinics, or retail locations
- Business owners who want to reduce cleaning costs by stopping debris at the door
- Janitorial teams looking for durable, easy-to-maintain entrance mats
- Property managers outfitting multiple tenant entryways with consistent matting
Application Areas
The 3 x 5 foot VIP BlackCloud mat works well in single-door commercial entrances, small lobbies, and vestibules where space is limited but debris control matters. It is also useful inside service doors, at elevator banks, and near break rooms where foot traffic carries in grit and spills. For wider or double-door entries, consider placing two mats side by side or stepping up to a larger size in the same product line.
Preparation & Use
Unroll the mat and lay it flat at your entrance, textured side up. Allow it to rest for a few hours if it was shipped rolled; the edges will settle flat on their own. Vacuum daily to remove captured dry soil, and spot-clean or hose down as needed for heavier soil. Periodically lift the mat to clean the floor underneath, then reposition. The mat can be cleaned with mild detergent and water; avoid bleach or solvent-based cleaners that may degrade the material over time.
