Preparation & Use

• For stovetop preparation, heat water, sugar, and salt to boiling, gradually stir in cereal, return to boiling, reduce heat, and cook about 2 1/2 minutes or until thickened while stirring constantly.
• For microwave preparation, stir ingredients in a deep microwave-safe bowl, microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, then microwave 1 to 2 minutes more until thickened, stirring every 30 seconds.
• Watch carefully to prevent boiling over, let stand until desired consistency, and protect hands when removing a hot bowl from the microwave.
