Preparation & Use
- For seasoning, mix 1 to 2 teaspoons into compatible ground meat for burgers, meatloaf, chili, soups, stew, sauces, and dips.
- For marinades, mix 1 part Wright s with 2 parts water.
- Marinate compatible ribs, beef, steaks, and poultry for 10 to 15 minutes per side.
- Marinate compatible fish, steaks, and fillets for 5 to 10 minutes per side.
- For smoked honey glaze, mix 3 parts honey with 1 part Wright s.
