Preparation & Use
Remove the cap from a Davinci Gourmet syrup bottle and insert the pump stem into the bottle opening. Press down firmly until the pump collar seats against the bottle rim. Prime the pump by pressing two or three times until syrup flows consistently. Each full press dispenses approximately 0.25 ounce of syrup. To clean, remove the pump from the bottle and rinse the stem and nozzle with warm water; allow to air dry before reattaching. Replace pumps when portioning becomes inconsistent or when the pump mechanism sticks.
