Preparation & Use

• If refrigerated, bring wraps to room temperature by removing from case and letting stand in bag 4 to 6 hours.
• Fluff and individually separate each tortilla before heating.
• For steam cabinet heating, return tortillas to bags, stack no more than three dozen high, and heat to 160°F. Do not keep more than three hours.
• For grill heating, heat grill to 400°F and heat tortillas on each side for five seconds.
• For microwave heating, stack no more than six tortillas and heat 45 to 60 seconds on high.
