Preparation & Use
Mix on low speed for 1 minute, then on medium speed for 10 minutes. Aim for a final dough temperature of 80°F. Rest the dough for 45–60 minutes, then block it and let rest for 15 minutes. Shape into desired products and proof with just enough humidity to prevent crusting. Fry at 375°F for best results. Contains wheat, milk, soy, eggs, and their derivatives.
