Preparation & Use
- For 6 to 8 servings, add 12 ounces of mole paste to a pan on low-medium heat.
- Stir in 2 cups, 16 ounces, of water or broth.
- Stir constantly for 10 minutes until dissolved, salt to taste, and serve.
- For a full 2 pound tub, use 42.65 ounces of water or broth.
- Heat prepared sauce to 165°F before serving.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, dust, and sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
