Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup Azar Roasted Salted Sunflower Kernels
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt (optional — kernels are already salted)
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 °F. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Spread oats and sunflower kernels on a rimmed baking sheet; toast for 8–10 minutes until fragrant.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm honey and peanut butter together until smooth and pourable. Stir in vanilla.
