Preparation & Use

• Store unopened bags in a cool, dry place at ambient temperatures; no refrigeration required. Shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture.
• Open bags, attach the valve, and remove excess air before placing in the dispenser.
• Bags reach serving temperature of 140F in 4 to 6 hours.
• Once opened and heated, date the bags and use within 5 days. The dispenser must remain plugged in for food safety.
• Hoses and valves are sold separately.
