Preparation & Use
Blend the mix and cool water together using a wire whisk until well-blended. Pour the batter onto a greased, preheated griddle set between 365°F and 375°F. Cook for 1 1/4 to 1 1/5 minutes per side, turning only once. For machine mixing, place water in the mixer bowl, add the mix, and use a wire whip on low speed for 30 seconds. Scrape the bowl and continue mixing on low speed for another 30 seconds. Avoid overmixing the batter; add more water if a thinner consistency is desired or if the batter thickens upon standing.
Serving Ideas
Use a #20 scoop to yield approximately 114 four-inch pancakes or 80 five-inch pancakes per full batch. A #10 scoop can produce 30 seven-inch waffles per full batch. Adjust water levels to achieve the preferred thickness for pancakes or waffles based on customer preference.
