Preparation & Use
- For hot water preparation, slowly add 1 package of cheese sauce mix to 1 gallon of hot water at 190°F while whisking.
- Cover and let stand for 10 minutes, then uncover and whisk until smooth.
- For boiling water preparation, bring 1 gallon of water to a full rolling boil, turn off heat, slowly whisk in 1 package of mix, then turn heat back on and stir until smooth and thickened.
- Hold prepared sauce at 155°F to 160°F during service.
- For smaller batches, use 2 quarts water with 4 cups sauce mix.
